To revise the procedure for filing mandated postelection statements attesting that a victorious candidate's campaign finance reporting requirements have all been met. The bill would require the statement to be filed at the same office where the candidate committee campaign statements were filed. Under current law there is sometimes confusion as to where these statements must be filed.
