To prohibit a new manufactured housing park from having more than four manufactured housing units per acre, or more than 250 units on a contiguous 100-acre parcel, unless otherwise allowed by a local zoning ordinance. Also, to prohibit a new 100-acre manufactured housing park less than 1/2 mile from another 100-acre manufactured housing park, unless otherwise allowed by a local zoning ordinance.
